SH/T0192 Lubricating Oil Aging Characteristics Tester

This instrument measures the aging characteristics of lubricating oil. Applicable to petroleum-based lubricants containing metal and non-metal additives with evaporation loss of no more than 15%(m/m) during the measurement process; It is also suitable for types of lubricants containing antioxidant additives and ash cleaning dispersants.

1. The instrument is a desktop, including a stainless steel bath and a precision flow meter;

2. Stainless steel structure with ceramic coating;

3. Stainless steel bath with faucet valve, and efficient thermal insulation effect;

4. Electronic stirrer with stainless steel paddle rod and paddle;

5. Stainless steel heater;

6. Precision flow meter with needle valve and calibration certificate. The flow rate is 250ML/min;

7. Air filter with glass wool;

8. Imported OMRON PID temperature controller, and digital display temperature with an accuracy of 0.1℃;

9. Working temperature range: room temperature to 200°C;
