Auto Lubricating Oil High-temperature High-shear Dynamic Viscosity Tester (HTHS)

 The instrument mainly measures the apparent viscosity of lubricating oil at high temperature and high shear rate. The test principle is that under the test condition of 150℃, under the pressure of nitrogen (carbon dioxide), the sample flows out of the capillary viscometer. According to the outflow time and pressure of the sample, the apparent shear rate of the capillary viscometer can reach a certain apparent viscosity. The oil viscosity of the curve corrected by each viscometer tank corresponds to the measured pressure.

4. The glass capillary meets the standard requirements, with a diameter of 0.15mm and a length of 16mm;

5. 5 sample units can be continuously and rapidly measured one by one, and 15 to 20 samples can be done per hour;

6. For research purposes, users can set different shear rates and test temperatures;

7. Touch LCD screen control, which can be operated directly on the LCD screen;

8. The software automatically recommends the test pressure, and the test results can generate an Excel report;

9. Accessories can be interchanged with imported instruments;
